Play fair
You may use KARDASHEV for personal entertainment. Please do not:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with the game, its saves, or its services.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to another player’s account or data.
- Use the game to harm, harass, disrupt, or deceive anyone.
- Use the game or its services in a way that breaks applicable law.
Our game, your progress
KARDASHEV, its code, art, audio, writing, design, and branding belong to New Ethos or its licensors. Please do not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use them to make a competing product without permission.
Your profile and progress remain associated with your account, but they are part of a game service—not a currency, property right, or promise of permanent availability.
Accounts and saves
An account is optional. If you choose to sign in, authentication is provided by Clerk and cloud save helps preserve your commander profile and progress. Keep your account access secure. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Game saves can change, be reset, or become unavailable because of updates, technical issues, or service changes. We will try to keep the game working, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery of every save.
Keep it enjoyable
KARDASHEV may change, pause, or end at any time. We may also limit or end access when someone breaks these terms or risks the safety, security, or fair operation of the game.
The game is provided as-is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, New Ethos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected with using the game.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the game evolves. We will post changes here and update the date above. If you continue playing after that, you accept the revised terms.
